SOTRO UHS Acryl filler 5:1 Express F40 is a fast drying two-component filler with a high solids content (UHS - Ultra High Solid).
Available types::
T024010 - fast filler F40 1 liter, gray,
T024602 - hardener FH45 0.2 l. fast.
Specifications. SOTRO UHS Acryl filler 5:1 Express F40 dries quickly, sands easily and does not clog abrasives. Possesses good filling properties. Compatible with all modern paint systems. When applied in 1.5-2 coats (100 µm) and air dried at + 25 ° C, it can be processed after 1 hour, with 3 coats (150 µm) - 2 hours.
Application: intended for normal use with sanding. Before application, clean and degrease the surface to be treated. The working time of the mixture is 1 hour at a temperature of + 20 ° C. The optimum dry layer thickness is 100-150 microns.
Storage. Store in closed containers and in a well-ventilated place.
The recommended storage temperature should be between +15 and 25 ° C with a max. relative humidity 60%.
